THE KNOWLEDGE GAP
It has to be addressed. A traditional education doesn’t teach you everything you need to know to be successful. It only teaches you facts from history and the proper way to approach mathematical equations. It teaches you how to form sentences, but it doesn’t teach you how to form ideas. It doesn’t teach you how to excel, how to fail, and ultimately, it doesn’t teach you how to succeed.
The Outwork Facebook Page is a collection of posts shared from around the internet that addresses a facet of our philosophy. We have designed our website for optimal use, and in a similar vein, we will repost all of the best content for easy access.
Our aim is to Bridge the Gap.

There are real teachers out there. Ones that have tested their theories against the backdrop of the “real world.” They have failed, then they have succeeded. They are always doers because action is always the precursor to success.
These teachers then took the time to write books and articles about what real education should entail. This is the important stuff that you should be reading.
Eliminate the clickbait. Focus your mind on success. Pursue excellence.
Onward,
Chief
