One Day to Greatness with Jack Canfield

September 17, 2018 by Tony Francisco Leave a Comment

One year ago I attended a seminar called One Day to Greatness with Jack Canfield, the creator of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series.

Take action. Things may come to those who wait but only the things left by those who hustle. – Abraham Lincoln

So, I returned to the primary objective of the seminar: learn how to go further and faster with less effort toward a life of greatness. In pursuit of more.

The way ahead was three-pronged: (1) gain greater clarity about your purpose, vision, and goals; (2) develop powerful habits and the mindset necessary for success; (3) take 100% responsibility for your results, and become more action-oriented. [Read more…]

A Day of Functional Movement: CrossFit Level 2 Seminar Experience

August 11, 2018 by Tony Francisco Leave a Comment

I recently completed the CrossFit® Level 2 Trainer seminar and it was jam-packed with functional movement.

Functional movement can be described as movement patterns that contribute the most to accomplishing a physical task.

Why It Pays to be a Winner

May 19, 2018 by J.R. Cambo Leave a Comment

Which is better: a winner or a loser.

The answer is simple, a winner.

Yet, as a society, we are devaluing the idea of the winner.

We want to make everyone feel equal. We strive for equality in an environment that doesn’t reward everyone equally.

Soft minded people can push for this false premise of equality but it will never manifest.

We are programmed to always reward the winners and disregard the losers.

How to Get Over a Breakup

March 1, 2018 by J.R. Cambo Leave a Comment

Nothing can be as troubling for a man than the period following a breakup. The emotional turbulence is particularly crushing, crippling the ambitions and fire of a man’s soul.

Reduced to images of the past, he cannot move on.

Imagining the ongoings of his lover, he is paralyzed with jealous anger. [Read more…]

Tom Bilyeu: Quest Nutrition, Impact Theory & Reading List

September 20, 2017 by Tony Francisco 2 Comments

I just heard Tom Bilyeu (Insta) speak for the first time live at the Entrepreneur’s Mind talk in Santa Monica, CA.

After seeing him many times through his Inside Quest and Impact Theory channels, I thought I had a feel of what to expect from him.

But I was far off.

The atmosphere of a live event is indescribable and being in the same room as Tom really compounded his message: be willing to do more than anyone else in pursuit of your life’s dream.

Tom’s goals are lofty. He aims to become a recognized leader and speaker on the world stage. He wants his message to vibrate through the known universe while changing and challenging as many minds as possible.

The mindset of an ordinary uninspired life is the enemy in which he looks to utterly defeat.
